Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Artiviant (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service, The AI Visibility & GEO Platform. We aim to collect only what we need to operate the Service and to be transparent about how it is used.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information such as your name, email address, and authentication details, managed through our identity provider, Clerk.
  • Audit inputs such as the business name, website, industry, and competitors you submit so we can run an audit.
  • Billing information processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details on our servers.
  • Usage and device data such as log data, pages viewed, and analytics events used to improve and secure the Service.

3. Publicly Observable Data

To produce audits, the Service analyzes publicly observable AI responses and publicly available information about the businesses and topics you ask us to evaluate. These observations reflect a point in time and may change as AI models, sources, prompts, and ranking behaviors evolve.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate the Service, generate and deliver audit reports, process payments, communicate with you about your account, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Service Providers & Sub-processors

We rely on the following providers to operate the Service. They process information on our behalf under data-protection and confidentiality obligations:

  • Authentication: Clerk.
  • Hosting & infrastructure: Vercel (web app), Railway (backend, database & cache), and Cloudflare (DNS, CDN & security).
  • Email: Resend.
  • Analytics: PostHog (loaded only with your consent).
  • Payments: Paddle, which acts as merchant of record.
  • AI processing: OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and Perplexity. The audit inputs you submit — such as your company name, website, industry, and competitors — are sent to these providers so their AI models can generate your audit.

Some of these providers are located outside your country; see “International Transfers” below. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the Service, and — only with your consent — analytics cookies to understand and improve how the Service is used. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies with our banner, change your choice any time on our Cookie Policy page, or control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your details from your dashboard, permanently delete your account and associated data from your account settings, or email privacy@artiviant.ai to exercise these rights. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to protect information transferred across borders.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
