Refund & Cancellation Policy

Artiviant analyzes publicly observable AI responses and publicly available information. Results reflect observations at the time of the audit and may change as AI models, sources, prompts, and ranking behaviors evolve. Artiviant does not control or influence third-party AI systems and does not guarantee mentions, recommendations, rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or business outcomes.
1. Overview
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases of Artiviant (The AI Visibility Intelligence Platform), operated by Artiviant. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which also assists with billing enquiries.
2. 30-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 30 days of your order completion date. Because our audits are digital products generated and delivered electronically, by purchasing and accessing a report you acknowledge that you have 30 days from the order completion date to cancel or apply for a refund. Requests made after this window may not be eligible except where required by applicable law.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@artiviant.ai with the email address used at checkout and your order or receipt number. We aim to review every request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Subscriptions & Cancellations
Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@artiviant.ai. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed thereafter. We do not generally prorate partial periods unless required by law.
5. Service Issues
If an audit fails to generate, is incomplete due to a technical fault on our side, or was charged in error, contact us and we will re-run the audit or issue a refund at our discretion. Our goal is for every purchase to deliver the value you expected.
