Terms of Service

Last updated: June 3, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Artiviant (the “Service”), The AI Visibility & GEO Platform, operated by Artiviant (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing an audit, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Artiviant analyzes publicly observable AI responses and publicly available information to help you understand how visible a business appears across AI assistants and AI-powered search experiences, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. Audits, scores, share-of-voice estimates, competitor observations, and recommendations are analytical and observational in nature.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you use the Service.

4. Plans, Billing, and Refunds

Some features require a one-time purchase or a paid plan. Fees are displayed at checkout and are charged through our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which appears on your statement. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds and cancellations are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Prices and plan features may change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse engineer it, scraping or reselling outputs without authorization, circumventing usage limits, infringing the rights of others, or using the Service to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Artiviant and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and the reports we deliver for your internal business purposes.

Artiviant is an independent service; its analyses are observational and provided for informational purposes only, and all third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Artiviant does not control or influence third-party AI systems. Results reflect observations at the time of an audit and may change as AI models, sources, prompts, and ranking behaviors evolve. We do not guarantee mentions, recommendations, rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or any business outcome. Recommendations are informational and you are responsible for decisions you make based on them.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any observation will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artiviant and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
